What is Deep Drawing?

Deep drawing is the process of forming metal into a specific shape. In which, the metal sheet to be shaped is placed in a mold and a hammer is used to shape it. Deep drawing metal oil (forming oil, punching oil, etc.) is a mixture of mineral base oil and additives. This type of oil is used in the stages of stamping, drawing, rolling, etc. of metal.

• Cooling of molds, hammers, workpieces

• Protects against surface corrosion
