Industrial lubricants, its main components will include additives and base oil. Depending on different purposes of use, we will have different products. And it is divided into:
- Anti-oxidation industrial oil because the main component of that oil is base oil and anti-oxidation additives. Its main function is to lubricate and prevent oxidation for machine parts.
- Anti-emulsion industrial oil with the main component is base oil and anti-emulsion additives. Thanks to its good water resistance and easy storage in humid conditions, it is used in industrial machinery that generates steam during operation.
- Anti-wear industrial oil is made up of base oil and anti-wear additives. The product is commonly used in heavy industries. The most typical is metal cutting, metallurgy and it is widely used in bearings, rollers or gears...
- Industrial anti-rust oil with the ingredients being base oil and anti-rust additives. The main function of this type of oil is to prevent rust formation as well as help clean machine parts during operation. Therefore, they are commonly used in the chemical, petrochemical or metallurgical industries.
Although divided into many different types, with industrial lubricants, it still retains the main function of lubricating and preventing wear for machine parts. Therefore, using industrial oil is always the leading solution to limit fuel consumption while saving money effectively.
