» Learn how to change the standard Heat Transfer Oil

Tìm hiểu quy trình thay dầu truyền nhiệt chuẩn

When changing Heat Transfer Oil, operators need to ensure safety standards. The process of changing the Heat Transfer Oil consists of 4 basic steps: draining the oil, rinsing the system, adding oil and starting the machine.

1. Remove the oil from the system

– Before discharging the old Heat Transfer Oil from the storage compartment, the operator needs to ensure that the entire oil pipeline system has been completely cleaned with specialized detergents.

– After the system has been thoroughly cleaned, it is recommended that the system temperature be adjusted to below 50 degrees Celsius. Perform oil draining in tanks, compartments, ducts, heat exchangers and expansion tanks.

- Drain all excess oil from the tank.

2. Oil shovel

– Rinsing the storage system is an important operation affecting the quality of new oil. You should clean all parts with cleaning oil. This operation should be done several times to ensure removal of debris in the tank and piping.

– Start the circulating oil pump for the system. If it is detected that the recirculating oil burner is on, the operator must immediately turn it off. The time for the oil to circulate must be just enough to clean the pipeline.

– Remove the cleaning oil from the system with compressed air after the rinsing process has been completed.

3. Add Heat Transfer Oil

– Add new amount of Heat Transfer Oil to the machinery system by specialized pumps.

– The required oil level should reach the lowest allowable limit of the expansion tank.

– Carry out oil circulation in a certain time. Meanwhile, the operator needs to constantly check the oil level. If the amount of oil is less than the minimum, add Heat Transfer Oil until the amount of oil in the reservoir reaches the lowest level of the expansion tank.

– Check all pumping systems to ensure that the pressure gauge pump and the pressure gauge are working properly. If all the indicators are within the allowable limits, then you can operate the system.

4. Start up and operate the system

– During the first test run when starting to increase the specific temperature of the oil, the maximum heat supply to the system is 100 degrees Celsius.

– When the temperature reaches the limit, it is necessary to stop heating the furnace and continue to release air at the exhaust valves. Close the exhaust valve when no more gas appears inside the system.

– The vent system of the expansion tank must be fully open at this time to escape the heat.

– If the readings on the pressure gauge pump and the manometer are not stable, the operator needs to repeat all the steps in the steam release process to remove excess steam.

Currently, Heat Transfer Oil is gradually becoming more popular in many different production areas. Therefore, mastering the basic notes when using, storing as well as standard oil change procedures is extremely important. Hopefully with the useful information in the article, readers have equipped themselves with more useful knowledge to use heat transfer oil more effectively.
